Managing Partner and Owner

Holden is the manager and otherwise lead consultant on any work done here at the firm. Holden combines his expertise in multiple areas (Legal, Financial, Business and Project Management) in order help clients find the right solution for their business or situation. Among Holden’s accomplishments are starting and obtaining 501(c)(3) status for the non-profit he manages, being a successful trial attorney, successfully negotiating mergers and acquisitions for smaller to mid-size companies, authoring successful appeals of lower court judgements, and helping recodify municipal codes for local governments. Holden also specializes in teaching financial and legal well-being at local events and seminars, specifically working with Entrepreneurship for All in helping teach legal basics for small business owners.
